Cancellation Policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment.
Missed Appointments If a client fails to cancel their appointment and/or no shows, They will be required to pay 50 % of the services scheduled. Exceptions will be given considering the circumstances.
Late Arrivals Please note that a 15 minute grace period is given. However, If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be be completed in the time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made if we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “no-show” and will be treated as a missed appointment.
